Hey fam! 😘😁 just got back from the picnic organized by @sandranj all I can say is WOW! I'm so humbled! Met all these amazing people from here.. @FridayGirl@69 @FeDaniela and a host of other fine folks I didn't quite catch their names..it was fun to say the least! Everyone looked hawt!😍😍 lots to eat and drink! Sandra is fun to be with...it felt like hanging out with my elder sister..so cool! And she beautiful! Godbless y'all still praying for more approvals🙏💕💕💕💕💕😘😍😘😍😘💓❤❤

Hey there..I hope this answers your enquiry! 

"At the same time, USCIS are shortening the I-693 validity period to 60 days from the date the Civil Surgeon signs the I-693 medical exam(it used to be one year). Before 2002,USCIS considered a Form I-693medical exam valid as long as it was filed within one year of the civil surgeon's signature."

This is my timeline:

May 2017: Docs Received-fees were waived

June 6 2017: Prima facie

Dec 2017: Prima Facie Renewal

May 2018: Prima Facie Renewal

Nov 2018: Prima Facie Renewal

Jan 31 2019: Inquiry - Case Out of Processing Time

Feb 1st 2019: Request for additional evidence RFE (Good Moral Character)

April 15th 2015: RFE response received @ Vermont Center 

May 5th 2019: Prima Facie Renewal

May 6th 2019: "Name Update" (I did not request this but I was told that this is an automatic notification when they touch your file/archive)

June 2019: VAWA Approved! 

 

Yes, It is tough. The waiting, the thoughts, EVERYTHING is really crazy, specially after we have been through A LOT of stuff in a bad marriage. Words cannot describe how I feel right now, after so much time I can say that im starting to feel myself again. 

I don't know what I would have done without this forum and the people that share their thoughts and experience here. I Specially thank my dear friend @Stillwinning!!!😊for being such an amazing support and listener/reader of my messages.   

 

I promise I will share my timeline again when I finish my process with the GC application and everything.

 

Trust in god, he will always be there for everyone of us.

I’m a March 2017 filer. Still no update, just the every two weeks updates if we are still working on your case. I recently applied for renewal of my EAD with Advance Parole in April and received my actual card June 1st. I pray I hear something good from them soonest. Congratulations to you 🎉🎊

Hey there! I'm March 2017 myself..and only just got approved in March..3months ago...now awaiting my interview! This is just to encourage you to hold still it's coming...and really soon! Cheers!👍

If you are receiving your card it means that your vawa application has been approved, otherwise they don’t issue that card... I guess what you are waiting on is the adjudication to the local office for your final interview. Correct me if I’m wrong 🙈.

He is saying his VAWA has not been approved and he filed in March 2017.  Renewed his C9 EAD and got it in June.

O I wish my VAWA has been approved but not yet. I renewed my EAD under C9 and also requested Advanced Parole. They sent me another prima facie in April, it is valid for another 6 months. I am hoping that they will approve my case towards the expiration of the prima facie.
