After i-360 approval, what is the average wait time for an interview?

i think i just seen what you talking about. She ticked I THINK MY SPOUSEWILL SIGN A WAIVER OF SERVICE OR ANSWER is that what you talking about? if i dont sign it then what?

Then there is a three page i have to fill out and sign sending it to court. Am going to send the forms to her to submit to court.

show it to your attorney before filing. if you sign it without reviewing, you wont receive a decree and she can say anything about you

i dont have a divorce attorney i cant afford one..am even putting money to pay my immigration attorney. I thought if i sign this paper and that will be all. All this is too much and making my head hurt.

if it is a waiver, dont sign but yes you have to response an answer within 20 days. make sure you receive trials and court notifications

Go to the Clerk office in the Court and get information of the document you about to sign, so you be sure of the process every court document filed have a index # which  you can go and find what you can do on your behalf to contested a divorce.

yea call your county court and ask for next steps as a respondent. They will tell you

i just called the law library in the county where she filed the divorce and i was told to fill out the respondent answer and send to my wife who will fill out the decree and send to me for my signature which i in turn will send to her to submit back to the judge

am in Texas by the way. I hope once again that she filing a divorce before i did does not affect my filed vaw..i plan on filing vawa in a montgh time anyway.

 

Am going to sign it and send it to her. I do not wish to meet her i  court. I want this to be done so i can move on with my life.

Basically she is saying that you do not get along and the marriage cannot be fixed. It will not have bearing on your VAWA.

Yes at USCIS website processing time https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Most folks wait for 8\9 months..others longer..others shorter! I've seen someone here get interview scheduled in 4/5months..again it depends on your state! So brace yourself..you never know...
