I have a question!

I'm changing just my mailing address for VAWA, EAD AND I485

 

I already have the letter notorized. 

 

Do I file also AR11? 

 

if i do the AR11... it only has the option to change physical address.. can you help me please

Vawa Approved C31

Deferred action C14

I-131 Advance Parole need to apply separated to travel, or when renewing you can add I-131 form so it can come as a combo card.

NVC ask for the basic documentation to start your visa processing to than send it to your country embassy (consulate), They asking for an Sponsor as a requirement of the whole package application, submit form I-864W with all the other documentation they are asking, it will be accepted. If I am not mistaken you will also received an interview at your country embassy.

Hey dear I see Sandra had just answered a similar question...she says you must submit the AR11 by mail to Vermont...so yes the AR11 is compulsory!..if this doesn't help..then do please wait for her response!😊

The AR-11 only asked for PRESENT PHYSICAL ADDRESS and OLD PHYSICAL ADDRESS. The psychical address will remain the same ... 

The issue is that I need to change just the mailing address. 

 

So do I just put the same address for present and previous address and then just put the new mailing address below ...

I think it's very clear..do it the way it's been requested here..present physical address should be the new address you are trying to update! Previous address is the one you are ditching now.. Mailing address of course is optional..if you do not want to receive mails where you live or at your current address then you update the mailing address to your preferred location for mail receipts! Still confusing ?😲😵😆

There is no NEW physical address. I just need to update the mailing address ...

Idk why nobody understands me.....

There's a section there for the mailing address..why don't you go ahead and put in the mailing address of your choice..like I also mentioned in my response to you! Folks try to help out when they can..many just walk past your enquiry! Go easy now..✌

Immigration strictly focus on the person applying for a benefit. Is irrelevant as an abuse evidence that you got custody of your son. Other than having a child in common with your abuser only proof Good Faith / Bonafied marriage.

I answer yesterday too. Sent the Mailing address change in Writing to Vermont, notarized it, send copy of your receipt, copy of your ID,  Explain in the letter Physical address will remain the same the change will only be for Mailing address. Don't stress out. 😊

Hey Sandra has mentioned already that USCIS will NOT take into consideration that you have partial custody of your child with your spouse..also I remember someother comment reiterating basically same thing! Your child is apparently a U.S. citizen..it has nothing to do or benefit from this here vawa case unfortunately! But that doesn't add or reduce your case..it's just that it will be indifferent..no effect whatsover!

Still if responses seems confusing to you..you can ask Sandra..maybe she will respond in legal terms as opposed to layman's ordinary terms. But I'll chip in here that aside the AR11, you need a notarized letter to Vermont in order to perfect change of address..so you can basically specify what you need in the letter..that's why it's a letter! Pour out your heart! I really hope you get what you need!🙏

I have one question, I think so 6/13/2019 request is about police clearance, I already ready about that . But my FBI police clearance date is 3/21/2019, not today 6/13/2019, so do you think so I need new police clearance today ? Or can I submit my 3/21/2019 FBI  police clearance , is it work ?

SO exited they starting working on 2018 Cases. 🎉  If the RFE is about Good Moral Character Yes your FBI Police Clearance is still Valid, is only 3 months old.
