When your VAWA gets approved, do you get a C14 or a C31 EAD?

Also does the EAD have advance parole/reentry to the US or no?

You get C31 EAD..It's not a combo card..you'll have to apply for the AP document seperately if you need it! ..just coming to the rescue since I see you still waiting for an answer..✌

You will get C31 but very rarely you’ll get C14. I received C31 when my I-360 was approved then I got C14 2 months later for I-765.

Each RFE is case specific, in your RFE it is asking for a personal statement from you about your good moral character.  Also, they want police clearance from other cities.  You can submit a letter from someone about good moral character.  I turned in a letter from my employer.

Thank you!

On June 3 one of your post:

There is no waiver available for breaking the immigration law AFTER filing VAWA/AOS regarding working without EAD.They forgive those who worked without EAD,before VAWA, and even those who entered without inspection but once the person files VAWA the exemption doesn’t apply and there is no waiver available for this ok.

May I ask where did you get this information?

Any previous VAWA AOS cases being denied based on unauthorized employment after filling VAWA 485 concurrent filling? I am curious

On the website it states clearly that INA 245 c2 and c8 doesn't bar VAWA AOS concurrent filling

  •

Sweetheart the INA ACT 245 does apply  just for those who entered the U.S from  1998  to 2001,and  they continue to benefit from the Law until today in the  cases regarding a cut-off date.

Those Eligible to File VAWA

  • Spouse: You may file for yourself if you are, or were, the abused spouse of a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. You may also file as an abused spouse if your child has been abused by your U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse.  You may also include on your petition your unmarried children who are under 21 if they have not filed for themselves.
  • Parent: You may file if you are the parent of a U.S. citizen, and you have been abused by your U.S. citizen son or daughter.
  • Child: You may file for yourself if you are an abused child under 21, unmarried and have been abused by your U.S. citizen or permanent resident parent. Your children may also be included on your petition. You may also file for yourself as a child after age 21 but before age 25 if you can demonstrate that the abuse was the main reason for the delay in filing.

Yeah I understand that but my point is it's gonna give any benefit or credit with the immigration that I got custody for my son and he is under my care?

What is the process of requesting for primae facie extension if it’s about to expired and new one is not coming. Is it a bad signal and can I do it through my representatives or myself? @sandraj to the rescue. I have first primae facie for a year that will expired 26th of this month. Thanks in anticipation

I saw some people that got prima facie extension without applying, but you can ask to renew.

Immigration will not take into consideration that you have 50% custody of your child.I said that before tho.

Okay. so I received an RFE letter today. they are required more proofs of extreme cruelty. they said the psychiatric letter and my affidavit is insufficient and they need more proofs on details and affidavits from witnesses who saw me in abusive state

I can arrange some affidavits from friends and family and i have some medical and psychologist sessions that I attaned

what else i can submit?

Ask your psychologist to explain better the abuse suffered.
