Aug. 22, 2017... it's been Almost 2 years 

 

 

Do you know how long they take to transfer cases to local USCIS offices?

So I filled i-360 and I-485 concurrently, and I responded on an RFE for the I-360 and got a message that they received my response on July the 24th. Today I saw the  I-485 application was received at my local office, but the status on the I-360 still says ‘RFE received’. What does this mean? Does it mean case was approved and they still didn’t update it?

It depends..mine was approved April and transferred in June! Someone else was approved April and transferred in July or Aug..I think..

Yes  i  was a pproved April. received Courtsey letter last week. @Stillwinning!!!😊 i didnt get a notification for "case has been transferred to local office" but im guessing it has been thats the reason i got a CL. right?
