Your RFE is very clear, your affidavits most be support by criminal clearance from local / state police department, FBI clearance if those primarily evidence are not available for some locations you can submit explanation why and include affidavits from friends... Etc... This is why i said in my opinion if the Government evidence is available and it completes the Good moral character proof in my opinion i will submit that... Because is a Government Valid and acceptable proof and it will cover everything else.... But if you have that time and your family/ friends have the time to do affidavits and notarized them go head and submit those too.

I tried to do that but i was advice no to add documents from friends that support the good moral character, so my affidavit from friends wasn't send with my RFE documents and i wanted to see if i'm the only one that had to do that.

The AR-11 Does not have the option to change only the Billing address correct? if not tried to submit the notarized letter requesting just the mailing address.

I will tell you from my experience which is safe now that I'm approved! I submitted personal affidavit reiterating I'm a person of good moral character, from family and friends as well as colleagues! Give them your best is the IDEA! 👍😀

Only send what they ask for in a RFE.  If you have Prima Facie, you can send in additional information with the blue form.  Don't send in both together.

When your VAWA gets approved, do you get a C14 or a C31 EAD?

 

Also does the EAD have advance parole/reentry to the US or no?

Each RFE is case specific, in your RFE it is asking for a personal statement from you about your good moral character.  Also, they want police clearance from other cities.  You can submit a letter from someone about good moral character.  I turned in a letter from my employer.
