My Timeline so far without using a lawyer .  Only one affidavit from family.  Psychology Report cost - $280 (Frisco Texas) . I got a few advice from @sandranj  before starting . Thanks Sandra!

Received EAD combo card approved May 29, 2018

Received RFE for good moral behavior June 4, 2018

RFE document sent June 7, 2018

Sent  another document for GMB July 7, 2018 (saw Sandra"s post on sending good moral behavior document that carries all names you have used)

January 2019- Update online for GMB- correspondence received 

Filed for renewal EAD combo card March 20, 2019 

New EAD combo card in Mail June 4, 2019

VAWA Updated to New card is being Produced August, 5, 2019

Forgive me if I sound dumb ... new card being produced meant that your vawa got approved - correct ? 

Nothing to do with EAD card being produced - right?

previous AOS was already denied after I left abuser because of no further process. 

However, on my approval letter, priority date was july which is the filing date of previous one. I filed VAWA in september. 

So I think it definitely has something to do with.

Hello guys. So my cruel husband withdrew the i130 petition. All my other applications filed with it have been denied...i765 and i485. Saw the update online not too long ago. Will I have to leave the country? Anyone know if I’ll be put into deportation? I’m so nervous and scared right now. I haven’t gotten the notice of denial letter yet but it’s on its way.

Big, big Congratulations to ALL upcoming GC interviews, go get those cards people!!! There is strength in numbers!! Today has been a day of such happiness and accomplishments, I thank God wholeheartedly, I just want to stand on a mountain and scream of HIS greatness, mercies, faithfulness and love. People, God got us and we have the victory!! I'm dancing in HIS grace and favor as I await more great news of more approvals, VAWA, GC, and U.S citizenship, please let's welcome our good, scratch that, GREAT times, as they are finally here!!!🤩🥰🥳🙌

You ain't gotta go no where! Except of course you want to...you can always file a new i485 yourself based on your i360 in view! Let the monster go..you don't need that negativity! Better days ahead!

Do you have a pending VAWA? if you have a pending vawa and receive  a notice to appear in Court you have to go to the Court to attend the master hearing and then ask for an individual hearing , the Judge will not remove you until your VAWA is adjudicated.

My EAD was approved  and card was sent on July 17,2019. I never received this card because it was sent to my previous address and USPS did not redirect it to my current address ( very inefficient bunch - I previously filled a mail redirection request form more than three months prior and it was verified, because I know how slow USCIS is when it comes to updating address) . My mail was neither delivered to my previous address nor my current address and was lost in the system for a several days. I recently received word from USPS that the card was returned to Sender. I called USCIS but they would not give me any information because (according to them ) "my case is sensitive"  since it involves a VAWA petition. I am confused right now because I planned to travel next month with my approved EAD/AP. I already completed a " request for a replacement card"  on the USCIS website.

 

Please advise 

 

Thank you .

USCIS will not issue the card without receiving a notarized letter from you.
