  I filed my vawa in Feb 2017. Rfe in August 2018. No update yet. Only thing I get response from my Senator is they gave me prima facie extension so just wait. Don't know what to do.

What was your RFE for and when did you send it back in?

Congrats..they are processing it much faster now! EADs I mean! If i remember from the time I got my SSN in 2017..it was about 14days or so..things change...so I'm not sure what it is these days..

Yes we are pretty close. I got a courtesy letter on Saturday about my i-693 being expired and i have to do another one when my interview is scheduled.

Hi All, 

 

I'm trying to file an Advance Parole, I had one before when I filed for AOS with my Ex USC and is now expired. Now, they ask for the i-485 receipt, I don't have it because the attorney who filed my i-360 sent it and forgot to make a copy...  my question is, can I send my Interview Notice instead, that's the only document I have in my possession as evidence of I-485.

Anything helps here.

Rfe about good moral and bonifide marriage and proof of abuse. I sent in all documents in August 2018.

WOW! And one year later they are yet respond to your RFE! Since you have enquired through your congressperson, I'ld say wait a little and ask them to enquire again..I believe if you keep pressing them they will be inclined to respond hopefully positively!🙏 personally I believe you'll hear anytime now..with your approval! I really hope you sent satisfactory responses to your RFE!

You can inquired a new to USCIS, in the E-request self service page, is the same page you raise service request when a case is out of processing time just choose the one that said Document lost / not received... here is the link https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/Intro.do

I believe C31 comes whenever your i360 is approved..with a situation like this, it's hard to give a timeline..or do you mean renewal? For the C09 it says on their site 2.5 to 5months! You can check to confirm!
