With USCIS you just never know! It can be tomorrow or next year LOL! Your next wait time is for i485 adjudication! Keep in touch!👍

@Stillwinning!!!😊 you have made me 😊,tomorrow or next year🙉🤣.

I hope the I485 won’t take long c my pending case on hold was filed in 2015 if they are to work on that time line.Otherwise keep in touch this is also a step.

I believe the i485 gets into a fresh queue following i360 approval..but hey like I said..you just never know with these USCIS lots! We can only pray for Grace n Favour!🙏 wish us all divine speed!👍

May 2018 approved case..no interview?  Where are you located? This is a little unusual! Someone here approved in April 2019 already has interview set for this month! You need to make some moves..contact congressman asap!

I filed AOS in 2016. Maybe that's the reason I was scheduled so quickly.

I could not find my husband plus I didn't have the money to divorce. I will go in with confidence and when I explain I'm  sure it won't  be an issue.

It never was and will not be an issue! I'm sure you read comments of few folks who already have their Greencard and are still married! You ain't got nothing to worry about dear...well about you been scheduled quickly..I can't say if it was because you had a pending i485 from 2016...I have same as well..sure other folks too...we can't seem to establish a pattern with USCIS! They're slippery! LOL!😁😁 although I got my Courtesy letter pretty fast...you never know..

Sure folks travel every now and then and get back in without incident! Your lawyer knows what to do! Everyone has different timeline...if it's important to you..then apply asap...probably anywhere from 3months and over...whenever you get it is how long it takes!😁 you should google the information!

In most cases, it takes about 120 days to get an advance parole document. This could be a problem if you're traveling for an extremely urgent situation. But like I said your attorney knows what to do if it's an urgent or emergency case!😊👍
