By the way I just put in the inquiry with my Congress yesterday and they called back to let me know that they are already waiting in the uscis to respond,  so waiting anxiously and hoping for the best

You can't ask USCIS to tell you what documents they received from your attorney.

Put your foot down! Remember you're paying for the service and it's your case! You can't afford to be docile with them...insist they send in all evidence you have!!!  It saves time and prevents "had I known" 😏

You're so right! I've learnt so much here..It's like a repertoire of knowledge! VAWA 101! If I had found this place any sooner, I wouldn't have hired an attorney..it would have been more money💰 in the bank for me! But it's all good! Happy for all the beautiful folks who benefit from it!🌟✨👍😊

My lawyer said dont file the divorce yet becayse vawa takes up to 2 years or more...do you think this will be an issue with the IO?

Absolutely NOT!!! someone here I can't remember who..posted not long ago about still being married even though they just had their interview..and received their Greencard! I'm in no rush myself to file for divorce!

Hello guys, it’s been a while, I forgot my password and decided to keep mute😁😁. Congratulations to all the approvals and interview coming up, my call in date is set for 2nd week August 2019 (surprised letter in mail box) no online update. I will go with grace and bring back testimony! April 2017 filler, approved November 2018.
