You shouldn't have any issue on reentering USA before the AP expiration date. When reenter only enter base on AP, don't need to mention your F1 visa if the status is not valid make sure they stamp your passport with Parole Stamp.

Hi gur, there are certain vaccinations that USCIS requires such as chickenpox and one of them is tuberculosis AKA TB. 

TB record expires after a year. 

The other vaccine records are fine if you have records. Some vaccine is once for life time, some are 2-3 times but does not really matter with USCIS except for the TB I think. 

Bring your vaccination record with you if you have to do medicals all over they will take care of it and tell you that you do not have to get all. 

I think they will ask you to do TB test again if you haven't done it within last year. 

Test is just simple you will have to go again after 48-72 hours to get it checked that you do not have TB. 

 

Did courtesy letter give you an instruction that you need to prepare i-693?

Dont be afraid my dear... its painful he knows ur interview time already, his wickedness will not take him anywhere,... the worse he will do it to withdraw the i485 he has filed for you.. but there is another way out,.. as long as he his a USA citizen,  you can file another i485 form , and i765 (EAD)form .. pls dont let him know u filed i360 vawa.. even if he can not do anything to the application,  just avoid him knowing.. .. USCIS requires three (3) current vaccination

1. TDAP

2. MMR

3. VARICELLA. 

I know cuz I already did my I-693. If you have none of these base on where you are each will cost $60 each. Hopes it help.

Three vaccines has to be current. 

1. Tdap

2. MMR

3. VARICELLA. 

They will do urine test and blood works for any disease like gonarrhea, herpes etc.

@Stillwinning!!!😊 I know what this guy is talking abt, uscis dosent have his spouse passport bio page on his vawa application, probably the spouse full names may not be in the application or may have match with someone else or the officer is lazy to dig in,.... when I was reading for vawa , I saw this,... some officer may skip this and some may put a RFE for it.... as I said I read abt this b4 plus the very first lawyer I made appointment with on phone b4 I filed vawa also insisted on this... she said i must be able to prove that my spouse is a US citizen or green card holder when filing vawa  i360, ...I told her I can't lay hands on my spouse passport or ID card of birth certificate,  she insisted I need it that it was important and b4 shortly she asked if my spouse as put in i485, and i765 i131 for me and I said yes , she now said in this case I would have to refer the USIC to my form i485 case number , Remember i485 application Carrie's all details abt ur spouse including passport bio page.. .. so I noted that, and when I was filling for vawa I made my lawyer refer to my pending i485 case number filed by my previous spouse.... my friend I hope ur spouse had filed i485 for you earlier, ... for lawyer advice pls ask @sandraj she is the lawyer here....

I sent my renewal under C09 in June and still no receipt notice 6 weeks later. I keep praying my attorney will get something soon so I can track. It’s crazy just waiting and waiting for at least something so I can  feel some assurance.

@Trizzleyes you are correct @Stillwinning!!!😊 Trizzle is correct,.. that's like the b, section of bonified  marriage ... some people that filed for vawa escape this area but an officer can be strict and request it as RFE.. see the list a for vawa i added below , is part of it.. .. I actually saw this long ago when I was planning to file vawa... and was also told by a lawyer..

Sweety, 😆😆😆😆 this guy is a smart guy, he his smart enough to know if she was a US citizen or not, of which am %100 sure she is... this RFE is from a lazy officer and just wanting to see those documents, or data was mixed up somewhere... I pray that God see him tru in jesus name.. there is always a way out...

i waited long too,

its will come soon by God’s grace 🙏🏼
