I lately received a weird letter from them saying that they are going to reuse my old biometrics, which I did almost four years ago......

Yeah..they usually don't bother you with biometrics if they still have it on file..the first and last time I did biometrics was in 2017 since then..they always use the one on file!😊 so relax folks..it's all good 👍

Okay. so I received an RFE letter today. they are required more proofs of extreme cruelty. they said the psychiatric letter and my affidavit is insufficient and they need more proofs on details and affidavits from witnesses who saw me in abusive state

 

I can arrange some affidavits from friends and family and i have some medical and psychologist sessions that I attaned

 

what else i can submit?

YOU ALREADY HAVE THE ANSWERS! THE ONLY DIFFERENCE NOW IS DETAIL! ANYTHING YOU SUBMIT NOW SHOULD BE HIGHLY DETAILED! PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION..ASK SPECIFICALLY FOR IT TO BE DETAILED! LETTERS FROM YOUR FRIENDS, RELATIVES..NEIGHBORS..ETC..VERY DETAILED..WRITE AGAIN A DETAILED AFFIDAVIT ABOUT THE ABUSE! YOU CAN'T GIVE WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE SO MAKE WHAT YOU HAVE COUNT! IT'S WHAT I DID!

Yes i have a deadline to submit till August 31 so i am glad i have some time to gather all the documents. 

 

Yes when we got separated and i was so mentally disturbed, i got admitted to a hospital for some hours and then i visited metrocare and attended couple of sessions.

 

during my marriage, i informed my friends and relatives about the mental torture that i was going through that time and they will help me in writing affidavits. 

 

I do not have any police report but i can try to arrange an affidavit from a relative whom i stayed 1 night when my spouse thrown me out of her house

Sorry you had to go through all that! Do please get the medical report of your admission! Any and everything you can get..all the affidavits in details..i never had a police report as well..just gather all you have and make it count as I adviced! DETAIL is your strong point now!

When you say detail, can you explain more what details means. Cause am writing my self affidavit, it’s in detail from when we met,dating,married etc when the abuse started with dates and time to the best of my knowledge. Can you explain more.

Yes that is detail..also nature of the abuse how often..pattern...what was your reaction..how did this affect you...DETAIL as it concerns everyone individually should include everything as it pertains to the matter/subject in question!

The admition to the hospital will be very helpful proof every hospital give detail discharge paper, and the discharge recommendation (medications or follow up with another doctor) if you don't have it go again and ask for the discharge papers. More Detail affidavits from friends dates, why, how, names, places reactions make sure to notarized it... Everything that you gather to be clear and very specifically detail of what people remember and witness... Very good luck!!!
