Thanks! I'm attending my marriage based i485 interview next month and my c09 EAD will expire in December. I was hoping the IO can hold the decision so I can renew my c09 too.

It's my first C31 as well remember?😂 I really can't worry about that now..I'm focussing on the impending interview..You never know..you may not even need to renew...remember theres an extension for 6months whenever your EAD expires!😉

Chances are that they might renew..just go with the i360 receipt and prima facie determination if you have..hopefully they will hold it! Have some faith!

Hi guys,
 

Infopass is not available at my local office, I just checked online.  Also it is not available at any South CA offices...
So should I send a mail to Tampa Field Office asking to reschedule my interview to California? Because I already sent such one to Vermont and got no feedback.

Also I sent an address update to Vermont one more time and DHS and got no feedback. So I do not have a proof of successful address change with USCIS...I only have CA DL to proof my new address. Should I try updating my address online with USCIS even tho their website says to do not do so in case of pending I360?
Can I mail Tampa Field Office by my own asking to reschedule interview to CA ? And if so, do I use just their regular address available online or something specific ? Pls assist. Happy Firday!

Google your congressman right away make an appointment and go see him..he'll help you enquire..they get back to them real quick! Another alternative is to go to another USCIS office it's important to you so make moves!

Yeah, I’ve never heard anyone renewing C31 and almost always everyone gets their GC before the renewal. I hope this works for us as well.

Today i received an update about card production for my vawa application.

 

- sent application for I-360 in Feb 2018

- prima facie Apr 2018

- 2nd prima facie Apr 2019

- sent in additional evidence 2 times after filing the petition.That included GMC from home country, divorce decree from previous marriage and proof of spouses immigration status. Thanks to education I received from VJ! Otherwise I would have received RFE.

- Did 2 separate therapy sessions (6+6)and sent in both reports. One report just mentioned the dates of therapy. Other one was a one page report that summarized the abuse.

- Card production 25 Jul 2019. No rfe.

-  Need to wait for priority date to become current to apply for adjustment of status as spouse is a GC holder

 

That being said i cant wait to see the physical approval to confirm that this step is complete for me.

Yeah thats true this forum helps a lot.
So, I just have a quick question...how did you send an evidence? Any specific format of letter required? And where you mail it? To Vermont, right?
I am asking because I think I need to send something as well.
I filled with all required things except the final divorce papers because divorce happened after I sent my I360 application. So do you think I need to send final divorce papers to USCIS?
Also, my lawyer sent my case, so I dont really know exactly what she sent and what she didnt...but I provided her with all the evidence of legit marriage, statements about abuse, proof of residing together, photos, etc..
I also got a prima facie 1 like a month ago..does that mean they dont need more evidence or it does not?
