That case was filed February 2018 and not 2019.

Oh wow no i got courtesy letter re medical and i get emails weekly about no update.

I sent in my C09 EAD renewal since Feb 2019 and it still says I'm within processing times! I would say 5-8months! Give it some time!

You are so right! My i485 was initially filed by my spouse in December 2016 and the interview was scheduled in January 2018! I know the clock didn't go backwards! It's moving forwards! I really do not pay attention to what they pasted there..they have long moved up!!!

Hi VJ family 

i am going to start my journey now and keep you posted ..

today after 8 months of filing I-130 ( petition filed by my abuser ) I finally received an email that my EAD has been approved ( I-130 Filed nov 2018 ) 

i have still NOT filed vawa ( still collecting documents ) hopefully should be able to file vawa around August 2019 

just informing peeps that even a non vawa EAD is taking 8 plus months ☹️

Will keep you all posted on timeline for my vawa petition when I file next month

I just sent in my C09 renewal last week and it expires next month 😑

I have C31 Ead as a backup which is good through April next year. Does anyone have experience with wait times for C31 EAD renewals? I’m assuming if wait times are that long then I should send in Ead C31 renewal within the next 2 months. Thoughts VJ family?

Hi, they issued c09 and c31 EAD for you that are valid at the same time?

Oh you should have sent in the C9 much earlier...anyway for the C31 it's always a good idea to send in renewals much earlier...USCIS is now allowing us to send it in up to 180days before expiration! So take note!👍

I always had C09 which I always renewed in a timely manner. Just when I was about to send in the renewal package in April, I got VAWA approval and subsequent C31 was.
