You see why it's different with each person? I was not asked for all my address that far back! Just standard 3yrs prior...which is typical of USCIS!

7/19/19 IN

8/14/18 Interview Appointment 

8 months waiting time for Interview but I know some get nothing in to 1 day before Interview Date, it happen to @MelTex30

Thanks much ...so hopefully August then my Lord i wanna travel and i cant because my lawyer said no . Wanted to go PR so bad ...

I got a letter in February stating my medical is expired...but every week 2 or more emails no update ... i hope not because i didnt do my medical yet i really dont want to do it until i hear sonething from uscis. I dont know my I485 location at this point ...😔

The fact that you got a reminder to update your medical shows your i485 is at your local office waiting for the interview! Not everyone gets update remember! And don't worry you'll be notified soon about your interview! The courtesy letter even says not to do the madicals too soon lest it becomes invalid! So yeah, wait till you get your interview letter! You'll be fine! Where in NYC are you...I learnt we have different feild offices located in the same federal plaza building...they have different speeds..one faster than the other..especially the queens office..it's the fastest!

Hey, I was approved in August got medical letter  in october and no updates so far. @sandranj said it could take up to 2 years. It’s a long wait for NYC.

My case was similar to yours. When I got the mail from my local immigration office, it stated there that it was denied since my ex-husband wasn’t at the interview so unfortunately the EAD C09 will no longer be valid. My lawyer filed concurrently a new I-485, I-765 (C31) and I-360 since my ex-husband was a USC. Now, I’m still waiting for approval.

Hey..I saw you were asking generally what CL means..it's Courtesy Letter! And from the experience of folks who already had their interview..they typically ask questions from your i485...but every now and then there's always this one officer who wants to do a little recap of the i360 LOL!
