@sandranj my case was approved December 16 2018 i have heard nothing from them since..I live NYC i am so worried

Ok Thank you! That is what I am thinking too. Do you think if I add everything in the initial application it will suffice? I want to send them as much info so I do not get RFE. Court docs from Canada, arrest report, letter from pardons, police clearance, affidavit from people who know me. It was a few thefts 14 yrs ago. I ave grown so much since then

Infopass is not available at my local office, I just checked online. 
So should I send a mail to Tampa Field Office asking to reschedule my interview to California? Because I already sent such one to Vermont and got no feedback.

Also I sent an address update to Vermont and DHS and got no feedback. So I do not have a proof of successful address change with USCIS...I only have CA DL to proof my new address. Should I try updating my address online with USCIS even tho their website says to do not do so in case of pending I360?

Hey,

I have one question now. My VAWA application was received on June 26 and fees have been waived a few days ago.  I have the receipt now. I had EAD from i-485 that's gonna be expire in January 2020. I need to work. My attorney only applied for I-360. She said it was a strong case and we would win it. However, she did not recommend about sending new I-485 and 765. Now, I am worried how I will work  and earn for myself. I need to know about my chances. How can I apply for new EAD? My old I-485 has been denied since my spouse did not go with me on interview. The officer did not hold it for me. She told me to apply for VAWA.

Sorry I slept off! So yeah...USCIS wants record for the past 3yrs..prior to filing the petition...they didn't say past 14yrs..so it might not count against you..but then the good part is you have documents showing you've been long pardoned and all...just incase anything comes up! These are my logical thoughts you'll have to ask @sandranj the attorney of repute here! She's a blessing and knows her stuff! Truly one of kind!💕💕💕💕💕💕 I sincerely wish you all the best! Also do not dwell on negativity, what doesn't work for someone else might work for you...don't let anything hold you down or back..reach for the stars!!! 🌟😊👍

Hey Nikky😊 are you saying your i485 hasn't been transferred? And that you haven't received a courtesy letter since Dec 2018? Well I have seen some folks that do not get any update whatsoever then next thing you know..BAM! interview letter!!! That might be the case...who knows!

They asked me for all my addresses since 1984 😬 I went crazy trying my best to remember, including addresses 🤷🏻‍♀️

Average timeline is 5-12 months for Interview 

I never got updates, it went from 

10/29/18 I360 Approval 

3/13/19 CL

5/29/19 I693 requested 

7/19/19 IN

8/14/18 Interview Appointment 

8 months waiting time for Interview but I know some get nothing in to 1 day before Interview Date, it happen to @MelTex30
