So, I moved from FL to CA recently and I sent an address update to Vermont and DHS by mail as required by USCIS website. 
I never got any address change confirmation from USCIS and Idk where they will schedule my interview.
I also sent a mail to Vermont requesting to schedule my I485 interview in CA 3 weeks ago. No response received.
I also applied to EAD+AP extension 3 weeks ago using new address in forms and received receipts.

Just 15 mins ago spoke with USCIS customer service and they told me that current address on my I485 is in Florida...so they didnt update my address and it seems like interview will be scheduled in FL.
Please let me know how to make interview happen in California?

Your lawyer may sent a letter to Florida local office to request interview to be change to CA or to request to hold I-485 until I-360 is adjudicated or My advise is to get your interview notice receipt so you know date and time of your interview, and attended to your interview in Florida if is necessary, if the officer agrees to hold, your I-485 will be sent to Vermont. Don't risk your status sometimes Vermont don't update things quickly enough,  and everything moves internally.

Hello @sandranj! 

My family and friends had given me the affidavits stating the marriage and abuse previously. 

 

Now, My family and friends are writing the affidavits for the bonafide marriage with details of the relationship and marriage. Do they need to go into the abuse in detail since they have already done that and the RFE is only for good faith marriage. 

 

 For example, My parents wrote in much detail about the relationship through the years, they mentioned in the end how the abuse lead to this and how they are worried about me. 

 

Please advise.

Also you're on the right path! My mum wrote too about our relationship and my spouse's relationship with her as in-law..how close they were..and how he used to always call her etc..up until he went gangster on me! You will be fine I am sure!🙏

Congrats! Did you file your VAWA and I-485 concurrently or did you have a previous marriage I-485 pending?

Woo am here dancing with you too! By the way I just saw the timeline for my field office went down from 8-20 months for interview to 5-12 months am hoping my interview letter is coming soon in Jesus name

Congratulations! Remember after CL it can be between 2 months up to 6 months to get interview. You are next!!! 😘🇺🇸💫
