@Stillwinning!!!😊 @Trizzle I finally picked up my EAD card,as soon as the secretary saw me came through the office door she just raise her hands up with my EAD card,  so I walk straight to her picked up and sign.... 

Woahhhh this New EAD card is beautiful 🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼🕺🏼😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 am so happy .. do you know from my formal EAD CARD my ex spouse had tear off the part of the Notice that says "USE THIS TEAR OFF PORTION TO SPEED YOUR APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENSION OR REPLACEMENT"? hmmmm people are very mean....

A) 13 page affidavit describing in detail:

courtship, marriage, small details like where we used to go, activities we did

why i do not have joint accounts with my spouse- did not get SSN till after i left

why i am not on the lease- spouse refused

who was at the wedding and who not and why

everyday routine

their family history from grandparents and on and family dynamics

stories from their childhood... like you share with your partner

stories connecting gifts exchanged 

who got the rings and rings description 

 

b) pictures of the gifts i got from spouse and location if known

c) tons of pictures tied to the events and locations in affidavit

d) texts- everyday mundane things, making plans to go places, etc 

e) electric bills

f) joint membership to things

g)FLOOR PLAN of the apartment that i drew by hand with detailed notes

h) affidavits from family and friends

i) e-mails exchanging info for plans and stuff

j) my bank statements with transactions tied to out restaurant visits etc. 

 

any more ideas and suggestions??

I’m getting worried everyone, it’s been 1 month since I applied for my EAD renewal and no notice of action letter yet. I just want to make sure I didn’t miss anything and waiting a month with nothing is worrying me. I’ve heard lots of stories about EAD and I don’t understand why Vermont takes this long to send NOA letters.

I check every single post of this forum and think have an idea of how it works 😂

 

However I’d like to ask, have you heard from someone who has received a negative decision after sending their RFEs responses?

The negative decisions happens when the Request for evidence (RFE) does not fulfill, satisfied or complete the information that is being ask by the officer reviewing your case and is not enough for an approval, or RFE is not answer on the deadline time frame establish. Other than that VAWA Unit gives opportunity and will issue several RFEs if is necessary  until everything is clear for an approval or in other stances the officer can denied if something is suspicious or not clear, and the RFE response did not satisfied the information missing.  Some cases have being denied and people file motion to reconsider or to reopen and they are given the opportunity to explain and after is approved. All depends on what the RFE is for and the proof submitted.
