I sent FedEx there and they had refused FedEx the pickup and as soon as FedEx got back to me on that I called the lawyers office again and the secretary picked and I asked her why my package wasnt giving to FedEx as instructed,  and she said there is a game going on in this office  with my work permit that I dont understand,  and the game is between the manager and one other lady and there and she insisted I had talk to either of them... she pass the phone and the lady was like ,hmmm the FedEx couldn't pronounce ur name that why we didnt give him so I responded and said I am booking my flight now see u guys soon... so am going there now , .. if it takes me to phat 6times in their office I will, and I will make sure the whole doors and windows are locked tight.. when am done with them, they would be begging me with my card and $2000

My only regret is that I'm not coming along to shut that place down!!! 😡 I'm so angry right now...oh I wish I were in your state! By the time I'm done with them, they would be ready to shut down and consider another profession! SMH! Really sorry about the inconvenience my dear..you do not deserve this! I hope they can refund some of the flight fare..or something!!! I'm so tempted right now to join you...you have no idea..but I'm far away..😢

Modu, when you go there please take a witness to their office with you and please start to audio record from the time you enter their office premises. Don’t call them a lot and don’t loose your temper. I know it’s frustrating but they might try to turn it around and portray you as a diffcult and rude client. Take a deep breath and please be as cordial and courteous as possible when you speak to any of the workers. They outnumber you and they are holding your EAD as a bargaining chip. Take a witness with you, start audio recording before you enter their office premises and if they still give you a hard time and refuse to hand over your EAD without a valid reason, please go to the nearest police station and file a complaint against them. Don’t start getting heated and arguing with them. That’s why it’s very important to take someone you trust as a witness and have an audio recording of the conversation to show the police in case they change their story and claim you are harassing them. Don’t call them a lot, this could backfire against you. I’m saying all this because my friend went through something similar and unfortunately as a last resort, she had to file a police complaint against her attorney to get a hold of her documents. Best of luck. I hope it all works out for good this time around.

This is  a country where the law exist and anybody can be sued, and stand for their rights... Lawyers are not untouchable we just don't know how and where to deal with this type situation. 

@FeDaniela that is correct! You have spoken well!👍 these guys needs some fire!!!🔥this is absolutely unprofessional!!! I'm so angry..who does that? If they doing this with just work permit..what about GC? @Modu can you even trust these people henceforth? You might want to think about it! They seem like a bunch of snakes hurdled in malpractice!!! 🐍

Yes! Unfortunately, they don’t care or have long forgotten about the oaths that they took to protect their clients best interests. Not worthy of your trust, support, time and money. Crooked people. I’m so pissed off for you. Please keep us updated!

This lady has been nice long enough..this is not a time to continue being nice..soldiers go to war in order to bring about peace! Some folks just see it as weakness they can take advantage of! I'm not in support of that!!! It's time for her to put her foot down!!! Period!😏

    I’m really sorry for your loss. Tragic death. My condolences to you and your family. May he rest In Peace. You can type uscis infopass on google and schedule an appt. I heard it’s very hard during the day, but, the website shows available time slots after midnight. 

Also, you can call uscis and ask for an update or ask an attorney to inquire on your behalf. I would also contact your Congress person since it’s almost over 10 months to check on the case status. Best of luck!

I swear at some point am thinking of firing the lawyer , becks I dont get any attention from them, they dont help with anything,  its crazy.. thanks alot dear

Hello Family! 

 

So for my initial good faith marriage RFE, I gathered the following: 

 

A) 13 page affidavit describing in detail:

courtship, marriage, small details like where we used to go, activities we did

why i do not have joint accounts with my spouse- did not get SSN till after i left

why i am not on the lease- spouse refused

who was at the wedding and who not and why

everyday routine

their family history from grandparents and on and family dynamics

stories from their childhood... like you share with your partner

stories connecting gifts exchanged 

who got the rings and rings description 

 

b) pictures of the gifts i got from spouse and location if known

c) tons of pictures tied to the events and locations in affidavit

d) texts- everyday mundane things, making plans to go places, etc 

e) electric bills

f) joint membership to things

g)FLOOR PLAN of the apartment that i drew by hand with detailed notes

h) affidavits from family and friends

i) e-mails exchanging info for plans and stuff

j) my bank statements with transactions tied to out restaurant visits etc. 

 

any more ideas and suggestions?? 

 

Hope everyone is in positive vibration or on the way to it!! I really value and am thankful for  this community and all you beautiful people. !

yea.. this place sounds horrible modu! get your stuff and change as soon as you can, they clearly dont care about you as much as themselves.
