Hi everyone! I need your advice, I am set to have a job interview this week in Cooperstown, NY and they’re willing to give me a job offer letter once I get done with the interview. My major concern is, is it safe to travel there knowing that ICE did a random inspection at a bus station in Syracuse? Am I safe that I am still waiting for an approval of my I-360? Please help @sandranj

You are not entirely undocumented..you have a pending petition! You might want to take your noa and or prima facie with you..if you have no other better and more convincing i.d with you at all times! I'm sure this won't affect you..good luck with the interview! 👍

what is a NOA

Finally I got the divorce from wife after almost 2 years in the court and I file the vawa In  Augest 2018  and I got 50/50 custody of my so

You think the custody will help me in the case the final divorce papers not included in the application??

Custody has nothing to do with VAWA.

Hello everybody, @sandranj I was wondering if I can file for the travel document without using my attorney? I can not afford to pay the fees and the lawyer fees. I have an EAD (no job yet)], but it's not the combo card.

Thank you, I 'd appreciate your advice.

You can  file I-131 but your attorney will find out about it.   Most attorneys resign when they find out the person filed without informing them, just tell your attorney that you will will submit form I-131 because you can't afford to pay his/her fees.

I know but while my son with me

And get more evidence that she was abusive for my son  i think it will help me

Because when i file  I just have 5 days to file the vawa and gathered as much as I can from evidence

I got more from the divorce what she claims but the divorce court found that she is lying to the immigration and the family court
