March 2019 USCIS ask for additional evidence (asking for fingerprints for FBI )

May 2019 I-131 form (travel document ) approved together with I-765 c-31 form (Employment authorization card)

June 2019 where mailed and received from my attorney  ( i picked up )

July 2nd 2019   i got notification for I-360 form said (New card is being produced )

My question is "what card is being produced" is it again  Employment authorization card or something else

zimbalo

Again !   your journey is impressive. New card in production might mean your GC , I have seen a lot of VAWA cases  that got their GC without interview, you filed all the forms together, so expect your GC, good luck.

You applied for I-360 which it seems to be already approved this is why you received I-765 C-31

You also apply for I-765 together with your I-485 you will received a second one which is  I-765 C-09 category base on your pending I-485.

You will have two EAD card totally normal they are just different categories. And super fast by the way. Congratulations!!!  You just need to wait for your interview to get GC

I received my EAD under I-485 filed by husband in 3 months after filling, and I renewed it again this year for one more year, I went to the interview with my lawyer and officer put I-485 on hold when we gave him I-360 receipt,  with that I can continue renewing my EAD until VAWA gets approved...

Also keep in mind even if you change your mind, I-360 will appear to the officer in the interview, also there is a restraining order in place issue by the court and as to be follow he cannot be near you, you will have to explain all this scenarios to the officer if you decided to move forward with your I-485, considering you do it may not look good , the officer can claim you went back with your husband just for the benefits of the Green card, after claiming abuse and filed VAWA.... This discrepancy can red flag your case and delay as well, I recommend you to talked to your lawyer to make the best decision on your case.

You’re right. I should stick with my i360. I didn’t extend the restraining order, so that’s not in place anymore. I guess i can try attending and inform the IO that we are trying to fix the marriage but I intend to proceed with i360. I have ead expiring soon. I was hoping I can get vawa ead soon or renew the current one. This is giving me headache. :( i know the person is bad for me but I can’t let go. :(

I know my husband gave me these two diseases that I’ve been diagnosed with and is treating but how do I prove that? I have my medical report and treatments. Would that help my case? Also can USCIS adjudicate my VAWA case if I’m lately referred to immigration court because my husband withdraws the i130?

USCIS does not care that ur husband cheated and gave u a STD. Also there is no expedite for VAWA.

why you haven't Sent the renewal?  You can renew EAD 180 days prior to expiration date...

Restraining order is done but it may appear in record, you can attend to the interview and explain the situation to the officer but please consult your lawyer on whats best for you case now.

I have filed for renewal and received biometrics appointment for the ead. However, depending on the i485 interview, i worry that they won’t let me renew it if they just deny the i485 on the interview.

What if I won’t be physically at my aunt? I’m just trying to say her place is more secure to receive my  mails?

No Problem. I use my brother's address as my safe address and I live in a different state.

There are some cases that needs the intervention of an attorney! You might want to secure one!👍

Do they really require psychological evaluation if there’s no physical evidence? Do you guys think a letter from domestic violence counselor and attendance sheet from a domestic violence organization is enough? I have no money and can’t afford to pay for an evaluation. I got lucky an attorney took my case pro bono.
