so basically the 12 page affidavit i sent initially, that i have now filled with every detail i could thing of till the day we signed papers for adjustment of status PLUS the transition into the abuse and the abuse itself... yea? 

 

I though i would not need to relive all that again for a long time.

The affidavit you sent in was strictly for abuse..to support your evidence..this one right now is for good faith marriage..where you have to state the genesis to the revelation of the relationship!!! The sweet part is the genesis! Unfortunately revelation is part of the story..except you do not feel like giving them a clear picture of the whole situation from start (genesis) to end (revelation) to your own detriment! You need results..you gotta put in work!👍don't forget that the abuse is still part of the relationship phase you endured...

It's important to note that I was asked for GFM, GMC n residence with my spouse..so my 18 page affidavit basically covered details of the request! Backed with supporting documents I presented my 18 page ordeal! Folks often advice for it not to be too lengthy or too brief which I totally agree with! Anything frim 12 through 15 pages is ideal! You were asked for just ONE RFE!

I know my husband gave me these two diseases that I’ve been diagnosed with and is treating but how do I prove that? I have my medical report and treatments. Would that help my case? Also can USCIS adjudicate my VAWA case if I’m lately referred to immigration court because my husband withdraws the i130?

yea, makes sense. Plus I can cut down on the abuse's minor details to make room for the GFM details, right? I am including everything from back in the day, her family history, details only a spouse would know.  we knew each other for 10 years, so much history

How do I prove he gave me those diseases though? I know he did but I can’t go ask him to go get tested.
