 There is a bid difference in the eyes of the law and in how your case is treated. You can look up the difference between divorce vs. annulment through a google search so you can better understand what Sandra is saying. What documents are filed, your response and subsequent legal actions in court matters a lot.

I believe the lady knows what an annulment means that's why she's asking for help here..the confusing terms are the legal ones used by Sandra..not everyone comprehends those legal terms..like " appearance and counter claim" basically divorce is putting an end to a marriage contract, while annulment is voiding the contract, rendering it null and void! She has been adviced to file a counter claim so the annulment tthreatened by the crazy spouse doesn't follow through..she has also been adviced to do it promptly! I hope she acts accordingly!😊

Just a lil question here. When we are renewing our EAD C09 but we have an approved VAWA. Should we also include a copy of the approval notice as part of the c09 package?

I don't think that is part of the requirements as they have your approval record on file...renew as usual I believe! Sending in the approval notice doesn't have any negative effect on your application but I doubt it has any effect whatsover!  Wait for other contributions to make certain! Have a blessed week ahead!😊🙏

However since this a renewal, I’ll not be paying any fee. I never paid any fee for all past renewals with C09 category. Sandra however, advises that I should include an I-912 fee waiver form along this time since they’re returning forms without the fee despite the law which states that there’s no fee for renewal.

That is correct! Do as she advised!👍 for me as well I've never had to pay for any of my C09 EAD renewals!😊

Happy Monday everyone. I wanted to share my recent travel experience with you. I traveled home for 2.5 weeks with advance parole and didn't have any issues at all. just returned yesterday! POE was Atlanta and airline was Delta. I wish everyone a blessed week!

I will travel in August God first, this will be my 3rd time using AP to my  home country... No problem reentering previously.

Describe when you realized that  you were in love, when you told your spouse about it and how was his reaction and vice versa.

 

How was the proposal, mention if your spouse  gave you a  ring.Who  attended your wedding  ,if you had any religious ceremony and celebration.If your family didn’t attend  the wedding explain  why not. Mention If your family called you before or after the wedding to congratulate you and your spouse .Tell about  the couple routine after the marriage etc.
