While I do not know much about other states except my location, I do not think online sessions is best for you! You will need to attend physically! They can't read your emotions and body language over the phone or online! It's a whole process! I hope you will take from all my inputs so far and do the right thing to help your case! I can't go over this all day..😊👍

Are you claiming physical abuse, mental abuse or both? Do you have an attny helping you?  Physical abuse and mental abuse (extreme cruelty) have different things required as proof of abuse.

From what I understand, if you have a "short" mental evaluation, you better have a police report on the side.

Hello Family, 

I have a question. My EAD (c09) was filed for renewal in February 2019. As of February 25th, finger print review was completed, as seeing on my online update. I didn't pay any fees. 

But since then I am still waiting for the actual card though I know it takes a while this days. I have 180 days extension (I started counting from July 4,2019) when my card expired.

My question is this, i just noticed that the NOA I received with the extension details was sent from National Benefit Center, Lee Summit. Not from Vermont Center. Could it be that my attorney sent it to wrong loaction? Or all EAD originates from NBC?

Hello everyone. My husband is about to file for an annulment he said after abusing me and my 5 year old daughter and kicking us out. I think he’s going to try to say I defrauded him. Our marriage was as real as real can be so I don’t know why he’s being so cruel. He said, I put a nail in the coffin by calling the cops on him. What do I do re an annulment? I’m about to file for VAWA. We’ve only been married since March 2019.

If you do not have a prior deportation order  you should not worry as much. Plus keep copies of your Notice of Action on you, in your car, kitchen etc. I have done the same. know your rights, look up, there are several advocacy groups posting what your rights are if ice comes to your house.

Get a lawyer ASAP. Filing for annulment and getting it are two different things. We don't know your situation, so hard to say, anyway, we are not qualifies. Get an Attorney, ASAP!!

About the psychological report and the case in general...

from what I have understood so far in my journey and by reading here between threads 1-14, its the quality of evidence you have, not the quantity plus grace of god/universe of course. 

Keep thinking, no detail is non-important. write everything down, I have been prepping for my RFE and mind you, little bits of information, little bits of gifts exchanged, an event attended together... all of the things i initially thought nothing of, I need now.
