Hi Apolo, for all this years, did you try calling them to make it a little faster? sometimes doing that helps.

I don't know how to say this without sounding incredible! But I must say it today! I didn't pay for psychological evaluation and also the written report was 3PAGES!!!  3pages of grace and favour! It's why I keep telling y'all to put GOD first!!! no police report as well!

I didn't pay too and mine was 2  lines of grace favor and annointing from God. to show that am attending so I never got the report.  Because they never requested for more evidence, am grateful to God.

Amen!🙏 but folks, this is not to say 2 or 3pages is the norm! It isn't! This is just grace and favour! For those who think it's gibberish, please get your 10 pages of evaluation to be on the safe side! All we're saying is GRACE makes the difference!!! Shalom!🙏😊

The usual is a detailed evaluation! It's more convincing apparently!!! VAWA is more scrutinized now more than ever! So one needs to put out their best! Even the attorney here would advice you to make certain your evaluation report is detailed, and rightly so for reasons mentioned above! I got hold of this forum after I already filed my petition, it's the reason why I attribute my success to GOD!!!

@Cooliegyal123456 Be aware the waiting time is 15-19 months to get Vawa Approval plus once you get EAD(c31) USCIS will adjudicate  your I765(c09) this is the way they processed mine but you might be lucky and get the I765(c09) process before you EAD(c31)

It's well known that you can get C09 EAD before VAWA adjudication and C31 after i360 approval! I guess your case is different!😊 thanks for the input though👍

My therapist just gave me one page of Evaluation Report also i had a police report for hitting me but no arrest.

I would never advice anyone to get a one page report! Even mine wasn't one page! What would be written in a page?..name and address?😏 hey try and get something detailed to help your case..everyone's situation is different..so are the officers handling our cases! It's wise to read previous threads as well!

Ask the practitioner who wrote the one page report for you to make it more detailed including details of the abuse, how it affected you, what he or she observed, the method of therapy/treatment administered, your response to the treatment/therapy, if there has been improvements, also reccomendations if any!

I changed the state moved from NJ to MISSOURI and the therapist denies to give online session after the last letter in Feb.
