My Interview was last May 9, the interview last for like 15 mins.or so,the consul asked me several questions and was able to answered everything, but at the end of the interview the consul give back to me my passport together with the 221g letter. In the letter the consul marked X to the additional document she want me to submit which is the original marriage certificate from PSA. The same day i had to get marriage certificate and send it via 2GO.

In the 221g letter in which the consul marked X it says submit all the additional documents together with my passport, the 221g letter and the 2GO submission slip. The same day May 9 i sent all the documents via 2GO.

After 2 weeks and until now i keep tracking the status and it is still under Administrative Processing. I am sad and have no idea how long i have to wait to have my passport back with the visa.

Is there anybody here who has the same problem like mine? Just wanted to have an idea of how long will it take before the process will be completed. I am now almost in a month waiting. Thank you..

Lilibeth from Philippines.

Any uodate on your cases? My interview was May 9 and was given the form 221g due a mistake in my CENOMAR. Sent it with my passport ont the 16th. Case was under AP immigrant for three weeks and changed to AP non immigrant on June 10. It has been that way since then. Called USEM several times and the only thing they could say is to wait and nobody can explain what is going on.
