Timeline
You have waited a while, but you are far from the longest wait.

We waited 150 days for the NOA-2, with no complications and more than ample income. Others waited much longer.... some years....

Have you contacted USCIS? Do you have an online account? Have you received an RFE?

Please advise.

No Complications???? You had not one, but TWO (2) RFE's. That is NOT normal by any means. You were also caught in the hell of IMBRA where 150 days was not so rare.

Waited years??? Maybe in name check hell at the NVC or Embassy but not just for a petiton approval.

To the OP: Hang in there it's coming, the H1-B mess will be finished up shortly.

Sorry i realized i sounded like a sour ###### that this wait has turned me into. I did not mean to sound harsh. This is hard for us all. Just that well ..... im sure you understand. I hope that your elected officials are able to offer some assistance.

I stand corrected on my previous post. you CAN be stuck in name check hell at the Service Center. I read a previous post of yours and realize now how that is happening to you. It is a shame they cannot clear these faster than what they are doing, and I would bet there were some "near" hits on a watch list of some type. I feel for you.
