Hi everyone,

I woke up this morning to an email saying that my interview has been scheduled! Yay. (Fort Smith, AR office)

The letter is in my Documents section but I am unable to view any documents at the moment due to some 500 error. Anyone else getting this error when they try to view their docs? I wonder how long it usually takes for them to fix such an issue. (According to Google it's a server problem so nothing I can do but wait..)

Almost same as you. Boston filer mid June. December completion and wait time 6 days

Status changed this morning to “scheduled for interview”. No date on the site - says it will take a few days for notice to show up. Will update when I see more info.

Oh well...bye bye citizenship for now. Getting a divorce. That's more money down the drain, but definitely more mental health on my way.
Do you guys know if I will upload a divorce decree in my file and don't show up for the interview, if that will be enough for them? will I still be able to apply in two years or more?

Thank you!

does your divorce already finalized?

just asking because during the interview, they just asked who is living with you and what is the name of your spouse..

they did not ask about marriage anymore... just the details of your application..

so why not wait for your interview before sending them letter? you're almost there you know..

@Phil&Mich I second this, they are not interested in what’s going on in the marriage so as long as they are still married and the divorce process is not completed

I think Florida is also very behind. My completion was also pushed from March 2020 to April 2020. I did my biometrics on July 11 and still waiting. Congratulations to everyone who got their interviews and those who are done. 😀

I think so too. I filed in Florida and my estimated completion is February, we also got pushed from December or January (can't remember now). I did my biometrics in June.

Wow, that was quick. Congrats! I am wondering if there is a slow down. I filed August 19 and still have not heard anything yet. Sigh

Yes his case was very very fast but everything he touches turns into gold he’s very lucky

6 years ago ,He won on a green card lottery and that process was so fast too ,one month later he was in United States.

I filed my n400 online on July. Right the way got my the appointment for biometrics. Today I got notice that my appointment for interview is next month. And they did pushed back my completion from September 2020 to October 2020. I still don't see that taking so long as my interview it's in a few weeks. Thank you God.

As fas as I know as long a person spends at least 6 months a calendar year in USA he or she should be OK

I think it's a little more complicated than that. Make sure you meet all the requirements regarding time spent in the country
