I applied in June 25th and my field office is Detroit. My estimated completion time is January 2020. I still haven't received an interview date yet I was wondering if anyone has tried sending a message to their officer on myUSCIS.

Filed June 5th 2019 under 5 year residency (posted earlier on this thread; see my signature for timeline also), did my N-400 interview yesterday and was APPROVED!

The interview itself was only 15 minutes long (though it took 90 mins of driving to get to the Centennial, CO office at rush hour; made my appointment time by 2 mins; was called in within 5 mins).

Due to the mad rush to not be late, I was a bit flustered at the first Civics question which was "What do you swear to when you take the oath?". I blanked for about 10 seconds and said something about "be available for service if America needs me to". Other questions were about Susan B Anthony, the number of House representatives, why 50 stars etc. All fairly straightforward if you had prepared but I felt more unsure about my answers that I thought I would - nerves I imagine. All other aspects of the interview were extremely uncomplicated.

Waiting to hear my Oath Ceremony date now - will show up in a day or two I imagine.

Hi there! Congrats on applying. Do you have a Cast Completion Time and Wait Time. I'm also in California and wondering if we're getting the longest wait times.

yes, I think California has the longest wait time. My completion time changed from Feb 2020 to May 2020 (7 months). It actually works better for me since my baby's due date is Feb 2020.

Got notified by email today, interview scheduled. No date given or listed on either USCIS web sites. Completion date still listed as May 2020 as it has been since filing N-400 online on June 5th. Biometrics was done around July 11. Local office is Atlanta.

From which email did you get the notification of the interview? the no-reply@uscis.dhs.gov one? And how far off did they schedule your interview?
