I'm in a weird mindset. My 751 has not been approved yet (1 year 2 months and counting..). It was transferred from VSC to Potomac. I applied for N400 in June and my online status says expected completion by November (Boston). I do hope that my 751 is approved otherwise I'd have to do a combo 751-400 interview. Not  a big deal, but who wants to deal with another round of invasive questions like "What desert did your wife order on your last visit to a restaurant"

I am still waiting for my i751 to be approved and it's been 1 year and 7 months. It will.probably be a combo interview.

Wow! What's your field office? And when is your expected approval month for the N400?

For i751 the office is california but got recently transfered to the national benefits center. The estimated approval for N400 is January 2020

Hi! I had my interview yesterday and was approved! In the middle of the night I got a case update saying that my naturalization ceremony is on August, 29th, 2019! It is all moving extraordinarily fast! The ceremony will be held at the Kansas City Royals Kauffman Stadium. During my interview the case worker said that he hoped I would get to go to the ceremony coming up as it was very exciting and they'd never done anything like it before! This is all very sudden and very exciting!

I hope you all have as much luck on your side as I have had through this process!

I had been studying a lot, so I managed to get all the questions right. They asked me the following:

1. What is the name of the national anthem?

2. How many amendments does the Constitution have?

3. What is the “rule of law”?

4. How many U.S. Senators are there?

5. The House of Representatives has how many voting members?

6. What is the capital of your state?

The caseworker was really nice and reassuring. He did the English and civics test at the start to get them out of the way and then he just asked me questions from my application. It went really fast!
