I received an email from USCIS that we have taken action on your case. I don't remember my password, and it's seems I am not able to login to my account anymore. My account was locked after 3 unsuccessful attempts. I guess I have to wait for mail to find out my biometric date and time.

I had the same issue. You can actually call them up and they will transfer you to the Technical team. They asked me 3 security questions that i used to create my account, if it matches. They will unlock it while you are on the call and you can set up a new password.

I will give them a call on Monday, hopefully they can resent my password. Thank you.

Also, you can use the case number on the old site, you wont be able to see the document but anyways it takes a couple days to be posted but you will know what the action is about.

@marymon  Just my thought. I think it would be easier to see and add our status without having to go through an external link like

docs.google

Yes, I was able to find the status through the USCIS website with the receipt number. It says "we scheduled you for a biometrics appointment and mailed you an appointment notice." Thank you.

Well for those who had zero idea they could submit online applications and submitted paper application like me, I got two NOAs: the first for me to confirm my information (DOB and address) are correct and to let them know if anything has changed and the second letter to create an account so I can check the status of my case and basically get constant updates. They included an access code which you need to create an account.

They received my application on June 5th (I mailed it June 3rd), I got the letter this week, I’m guessing Monday June 17th.

NOA 1 date June 7th and NOA 2 date June 11th.

Received NOA on the 21st of June for Biometrics Appointment scheduled for July 3rd at 9am...date of NOA 14June2019 🙏🏻😃
