Now, onto wait for the 18 month extension letter and biometric appointment...

Hi guys! 

Mailed our packet 6/3 to Phoenix, was delivered 6/5 (USPS priority), text notification and check cashed 6/11 and 18 month extenstion letter received 6/14 (now let's hope we don't have to wait the full 18 months to hear anything 😑

5/8/16 : Entered US on J1 | 3/10/17 : Married | 3/29/17 AOS/EAD/AP Filed | 7/14/17 : EAD Received | 9/7/17 : Green Card Received

 

I-751 ROC: 6/3/19 : Mailed I-751 | 6/7/19: I-751 Notice Date | 6/11/19: 18 month extension letter - SRC Service Center |

11/20/19: Biometrics Completed | 5/18/20: Approval Letter Received (no interview) | 5/21/20: 10 year Green Card Received

8/7/20: N-400 filed and paid online

10/28/28: I-797 Notice of reuse of previous biometrics

11/30/20: Interview Scheduled for 1/12/21

1/12/21: Interview Passed!

1/19/21: Oath Ceremony scheduled for 2/9/21

05/01/2017-  Filed request for biometrics appointment 

05/04/2017-  Original mail was lost and missed bio appointment on 4/28

05/04/2017-  Request for reschedule bio appointment

05/11/2017-  50 days mark

05/15/2017-  Called USCIS and knew the date of bio appointment

05/19/2017-  Biometrics letter received in mail

06/02/2017-  Biometrics appointment

06/05/2017-  75 days mark

06/09/2017-  Ready to be scheduled for interveiw

06/20/2017-  90 days mark

06/21/2017-  Filed request for EAD

06/26/2017-  Received notice letter for interview

06/30/2017-  100 days mark

07/03/2017-  EAD card is being produced

07/07/2017-  Card mailed out

07/12/2017-  Combo card arrived

The same here. Mine was delivered 6/5 to Phoenix, text notification 6/11 and received 18 months extension letter 6/14 too.

I am screwed. My Card expires 6/21. I just sent the package. It will be delivered by tomorrow. I have opted for Credit Card Payment and e-notification. Hope I won't get in trouble. I had to wait for some docs in order to file, hence this late. My application was prepared since March 27.

Embassy/Consulate (Interview) Stage [43 days from Case Complete to Visa in Hand]

05/18/17 -- Consulate Received. CEAC Case status changed to "Ready"

06/01/17 -- Medical Examination [Complete. It took around 2 hours. Total Cost INR 11650 for Surat City Apollo Clinic]

06/12/17 -- Biometric (OFC) Appointment

06/13/17 -- Interview [7:30 AM at Mumbai, India]. Visa Approved

06/15/17 -- Visa in hand

06/21/17 -- POE at DFW (Dallas, Texas)

----- Removal of Condition -----

Removal of Condition (I-751) [Approved]

06/18/2019 -- Sent the package (3 Days before GC expires, cutting it close). Sent to Lewisville, TX via FedEx Ground

06/19/2019 -- Package received at around 9:30 AM (Hoping I don't get rejected for missing deadline)

06/24/2019 -- Card was charged with $680 fees. Text Message received confirming Receipt. Case routed to NBC (Case Number starts with 'MSC')

06/28/2019 -- NOA Hard Copy & 18 Months Extension Letter Received in Mail with NOA Date as 06/19/2019

07/12/2019 -- Biomentrics Appointment Letter received. The Letter is Dated 7/5/2019. Appointment is on 7/22/2019

07/22/2019 -- Biometrics Appointment Complete

02/01/2022 -- Interview Scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Complete. No new Green Card will be produced as my Naturalization was also approved.

03/04/2022 -- USCIS status changed to approved.

Really don’t know what to say in this situation. Just keep your fingers crossed and hope they don’t create any trouble as technically they will receive your application before expiration date. If they accept they have to process. Good luck! Just curious were the docs that created delay couldn’t have been avoided? They can always ask for additional docs.

I know. I should have just sent whatever I had. Life happened and it just got delayed and delayed. No excuses. It was my mistake. It just completely slipped my mind. Thankfully I am in Dallas area, so my application should be received by tomorrow. I did overnight it just in case and as I scrounged the internet, it turns out, I should be okay. As long as they receive the application before deadline, they need to process it.
