Finally, 363 days after my fingerprints were taken, my case status has moved to:

 

New Card Is Being Produced

 

I received no other communication in the meantime.

Responding to my own question, my status changed today to "My card was mailed to me" after two weeks of the approval. I can't wait to get that card so I can change the validity of my drivers license asap.

Hi, received an update online for my I-751 to say "My Case Transferred And New Office Has Jurisdiction" - awaiting letter in mail. Originally a WAC receipt number (I'm in San Francisco) - no info on new office in this online notice. Can anyone share any insight on what to expect next?

 

My timeline:

• I-751 filed: 6/5/2019
• Case updated with fingerprints: 31/1/2020
• Case Transferred: 8/5/2019
   
• N-400 Form/Evidence Submitted: 06/16/2020
• N-400 Receipt Notice: 06/17/2020

Additionally, I'm moving in 10 days - thoughts on changing my address with USCIS now, or should I wait 10 days and ensure I get this transfer notice first?

I would wait

 

You can probably set up USPS mail forwarding to your new address now. You can choose the date to start forwarding mail. I think it costs $1. This way if it's sent to your old address you will still get it.

Why not applying now? You would save 500 bucks if you do it before the fee changes.

im divorced , filed ROC with a waiver. im going for the 5years rule. not the 3 years

I just got my latest estimate from VisaJourney for approval of my 10-year green card... February 2021 🙄   (I filed at the end of June 2019.)

 

Is there anyone who had their interview waived for the 2-year green card, and also had it waived for the 10-year green card? I assume this is the reason for the delay... the interview. I didn't have an interview for the 2-year green card, so I assume I have to have one for the 10-year - right? Or has anyone had the interview waived for both stages? @Vengatore and @Fairygirl_90, I think maybe you guys didn't have an interview for either card?

 

Looking ahead, I'm also eligible to apply for citizenship in September. I remember reading something about it being a bad idea to apply when your 10-year green card application is still pending (it slows both applications down, or something). Does anyone know if this is true? Thank you!

I have never had to do an interview, got approved without, did get an rfe when I removed conditions but that's it. So yeah it's possible you won't be getting an interview at all
