I still haven't received the card yet. It only just changed to card mailed July 22nd, so it has been taking a while to get the card processed

That is a big step, once it says card mailed it will quickly change to card was picked up. I hope by this weekend you will have your card handy. I saw a friend who was waiting since June 30th. You lucky.

congratulations!!! I have applied on June 6th. on April 23rd, it got transferred and then haven't heard anything. getting worried.!

biometric 11/2019

RFE on 5/5/2020

RFE response ⁰received on 06/24 ..

Now it's showing new card was produced..

My case was updated in May, saying that we will need to go in for an interview. It's been 2 months since the update online.

 

Curious, how long does it take for the appointment letter to come? Are interviews still happening now, because of covid?

I hear people are waiting for months.  There are some waiting since December. I saw an attorney a few days ago, he said that looks like they haven't even started with in-person interviews other than for n400.

So if our 18 month green card extension ends, can we get it extended?

Yes, you can get a stamp in your passport which allows you to travel.

YSC filers, did your status change to card produced or mailed already? It's been two weeks since my approval and status has not changed. 

Question for all: How long before your status changed from approval to card being produced?

Filed for concurrent I-130 / Adjustment of Status with EAD and AP: 

2017-03-07 - Lawyer mailed out the packet to Chicago Lockbox office ----- (I chose this as my DAY 1) 

2017-03-09 - Application packet was delivered to Chicago Lockbox

2017-03-10 - Priority Date for all cases  

2017-03-20 - USCIS cashed the check

2017-03-23 - Received four notices - I-130 / I-485 / I-765 / I-131

2017-03-27 - Received email that they are sending an RFIE notice

2017-03-31 - Lawyer received the RFIE yellow notice 

2017-04-03 - Response to RFIE mailed out today

2017-04-05 - Response to RFIE was delivered to NBC, Lee's Summit, MO 

2017-04-07 - USCIS acknowledged receipt of the reply to RFIE 

2017-04-07 - Received biometric appointment letter in the mail 

2017-04-18 - Biometric appointment 

2017-05-17 - Status changed to "We ordered your new card..."

2017-05-19 - Status changed to "We mailed your new card..."

2017-05-22 - Received approval notices for EAD and AP

2017-05-23 - Received EAD/AP combo card in the mail

2017-06-09 - Received email that interview is scheduled on July 12th

2017-07-12 - Interview day

2017-07-12 - Status changed to "We updated your name..." for my I-485 and I-130

2017-07-14 - Status changed to "We ordered your new card.." for my I-485

2017-07-17 - Received approval notice by mail for I-130

2017-07-18 - Status changed to "We mailed your new card..." for my I-485

2017-07-20 - Received I-485 approval / Welcome Notice by mail 

2017-07-21 - Received greencard in the mail. --------- (DAY 137)

USCIS has problem with their financial right now. it used to print quicky after 1-2 days but right now, it may be took them a month for printing out physical card and change your status. So don't worry it will come to you soon.

I saw one case got approved on July 10 and change it to card was mailed on July 29.

Exactly. I read that they don't have money to pay the company that produces and prints the green cards and other stuff 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. Insane!!! 

Yes, I've seen people wait for like a month or so.
