Good morning guys. My wait is finally over!! I would like to share my journey with you all as this site kept me going even when it was difficult to remain patient and I learned a lot from what people have posted here.

 

I am a Vermont NY filer
my pd was 6/20/2019

biometrics  was 8/1/2019
rfe was issued 4/22/2019

Rfe packet was received in VT 5/21/2019

this morning, 46 days after they received my rfe my status changed to new card is being produced. Good luck to everyone who’s still waiting 

 

local office is NY

Hey everyone, I had an rfe the first week of June, they gave me time to gather more evidence until the end of that month. I did it in 2 weeks and received a letter of approval the week after. So good news! Now I'm just waiting for the green card to come in the mail. I got approved on June 23. Good luck to everyone still waiting. My case was at the SRC.

From MSC, does the case get transferred to a different service center. Where is that service center (MSC) located.  I feel like it's not moving at all.

I finally have good news that my case has been approved on July 7th. YSC 1990358*** no rfe, no transfers, and we has a interview for AOS. I didn't even realise until I checked my Usps informed delivery and then checked the app

2/12/16.....I-129F sent to lockbox Lewisville, TX

2/18/16.....NOA1 text & e-mail. Case sent to CSC

2/25/16.....Received NOA1 hard copy

3/22/16.....Vaccinations up to date (only needed one)

5/17/16.....NOA2 ( 91 days)

6/ 3/16.....NVC Recived

6/ 6/16.....Case Number Received

6/14/16.....Medical

7/ 7/16..... Interview Approved

9/14/16..... POE

9/22/16.....Wedding

12/26/16....Baby due date ( it's a girl )

AOS

9/30/16.....AOS sent to Chicago

10/3/16..... Delivered

10/18/16....NOA1 text x3

10/29/16.....Biometric letter for 11/9/16

11/08/16..... Successful walk-in for biometrics

12/**/16..... She arrived our baby girl was born

01/03/17.....EAD card in production 

01/03/17.....EAD/AP approved

06/26/17.....Interview- Approved

06/26/17.....AOS card in production

Did they already  sent you the card, how long did it took to get the card.  Did it first said approved then card is in production.

I was a quiet follower since I filed my I-751 last year (June 7th) and today I want to let you  know that I got my approval. I have a YSC receipt number since the beginning and I know a lot of YSC people here are waiting for an update. 

 

Potomac Service Center is finally moving! You guys will be next. 

Filed for concurrent I-130 / Adjustment of Status with EAD and AP: 

2017-03-07 - Lawyer mailed out the packet to Chicago Lockbox office ----- (I chose this as my DAY 1) 

2017-03-09 - Application packet was delivered to Chicago Lockbox

2017-03-10 - Priority Date for all cases  

2017-03-20 - USCIS cashed the check

2017-03-23 - Received four notices - I-130 / I-485 / I-765 / I-131

2017-03-27 - Received email that they are sending an RFIE notice

2017-03-31 - Lawyer received the RFIE yellow notice 

2017-04-03 - Response to RFIE mailed out today

2017-04-05 - Response to RFIE was delivered to NBC, Lee's Summit, MO 

2017-04-07 - USCIS acknowledged receipt of the reply to RFIE 

2017-04-07 - Received biometric appointment letter in the mail 

2017-04-18 - Biometric appointment 

2017-05-17 - Status changed to "We ordered your new card..."

2017-05-19 - Status changed to "We mailed your new card..."

2017-05-22 - Received approval notices for EAD and AP

2017-05-23 - Received EAD/AP combo card in the mail

2017-06-09 - Received email that interview is scheduled on July 12th

2017-07-12 - Interview day

2017-07-12 - Status changed to "We updated your name..." for my I-485 and I-130

2017-07-14 - Status changed to "We ordered your new card.." for my I-485

2017-07-17 - Received approval notice by mail for I-130

2017-07-18 - Status changed to "We mailed your new card..." for my I-485

2017-07-20 - Received I-485 approval / Welcome Notice by mail 

2017-07-21 - Received greencard in the mail. --------- (DAY 137)

Congratulations,  YSC finally moving....hope they will consider transferred cases too. Mine was moved from SRC to YSC........

I filed my I-751 last year as well(June 26th) and I am still waiting for my approval. Hopefully, I should get it next month.

It's refreshing to know Potomac is finally moving.

February 8 2021 - Interview Scheduled for March 16th

January 20 2021 - Received Biometric Reuse Letter

September 1 2020 - Filed Online

December 14 2020 - Green Card Received

December 12 2020 - Approval Notice Received

December 8 2020 - Approval Email, Case Status Updated

November 4 2019 - Completed Biometric at USCIS Tampa

October 26 2019 - Received Biometric Appointment Letter - Scheduled Nov 4th

July 25 2019 - Received 18 Month Extension Letter

July 23 2019 - Check cashed

July 22 2019 - Text notification, #YSC Potomac

July 17 2019 - Packet delivered

July 15 2019 - Packet mailed to Dallas
