What about the new website?

Positive! It says ‘we received your case’ no update even though I completed my bio a week ago

I did my biometrics almost one month ago, and the website still says "case was received on...". I think the delay to update on the website is normal.

My bio was completed 7/5 and today I checked my status online.

It says “As of July 8, 2019, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Numberxxxxxxxx  at our National Benefits Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you.” I checked on egov.uscis.gov

Hi guys,

My package was received,  they sent me the text, check was cashed now waiting for the extension letter BUT they mailed me back the photo album with a letter saying that the "FORMAT" is not acceptable and no other info.

I called customer service but they were not helpful.  They said the application is accepted so I should just wait if they send me request for additional evidence. I don't want to wait for that, because I know that will delay the process.

What do I do now? Should I resend the photos and is yes, WHERE?

I'm so upset with myself and I'm freaking out.

Thank you guys!

How did you send the photos ? What size you printed ? How did you organize it in the package ?

About 100 photos 4×6 organized in a photo album with short description next to each photo. Size of photo album is 9×8.5.

The photo album was at the end of the other documents.

Oh what I’ve seen analyzing the forum, they don’t accept photos in the album.  You may try to resend photos with a cover letter and receipt notice directly to the service center. ( this is just an opinion, you should consult with someone expert about this )
