Mine also expires on Sept 25, according to my calculations our window opened on June 27. You may have sent the package a day too early. I sent mine on July 1 just to be extra sure.

Did you get NOA and cheque cashed?

September 25th, 2019.

If your GC expires on the 25th of September, your earliest filing date is 27th of June.

If you filed before then, the application would be rejected. It'll take another 3 weeks before you receive the rejected application cos they are not going to use express service to get it back to you.

You ought to have used their calendar to calculate the earliest filing date before sending it to them.

I think I received a letter from USCIS and that said that 25th June is the earliest I can apply. It was received on 26th June at the TSC. But if they are using the calendar days, then my application will be rejected and I will have to send them the same package again, maybe update the signature and dates on application and cover letter

The earliest "accepted" filing date is the 27th of June.

I used this calculator and even with that, I still waited 2-3 days before sending my package.

Wonderful for all those who got their bio appointments! I just found out I’m stuck at LIN and they’re only up to October 2018 for bio 🤣

You're absolutely right, I didn't take into account the calendar days. But why didn't their customer support person tell me that yesterday when I called ?

Should we sign a new application form and new cover letter to put the correct date on in case my application gets rejected and comes back to me?

I'm Checking my bank account every hour to be honest with you. I did call USCIS 2 days ago and the customer care rep said that I have to wait 15 to 30 days before they can get to my file. The application package was delivered on June 26th, so today is the 15th day. Still no update on it. I also see every filer here has received the NOA within 2-3 days of application delivery so I don't get it why it would take so long to just receive the application

I have the same expiry date. I sent mine July 3rd. Got the text yesterday saying they received it and the payment from my credit card went through. Might be worth following up. The likelihood is that they will reject it and send it back to you.

When did you get the text message? If you got it today, you may have to wait for a day or two. I also had to wait a day or two (I cannot remember...Short term memory loss) before I could add my receipt number.

If I recall correctly, I read a post from someone who sent the petition early that, they received rejection for filing early and they received their packet back with additional page from USCIS which they had to put on top of their petition.

It's better to wait. You can start gathering additional proofs you may want to add, however.
