Yes, I am at MSC as well.

 

I sent my packet on 6/18 and USCIS received it on 6/19. My credit card was charged on 6/24.

I received my I-797 in mail on 6/28. On my I-797, there were two dates "Received Date: 6/19/2019" and "Notice Date: 6/24/2019".

 

Also, if I count the working days from 1/1/2019, it alligns with 6/19 as NOA from my USCIS receipt number. This is what I was trying to ask you.

07/12/2019 -- Biomentrics Appointment Letter received. The Letter is Dated 7/5/2019. Appointment is on 7/22/2019

I thought the working days were counted from the end of the fiscal year, not the end of the calendar year.

Began Long Distance Relationship: 02/13/2014

They may have changed it? I don't know, but my USCIS receipt number has 122 as working days, which cannot be if they are counted from October 01.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I submitted mine to Dallas a couple days after yours. I got my notification via text sometimes last week, I got it in mail on 06/28. 

Check is cashed, so the packet arrived safely, I will just wait for a couple of weeks without worrying much...

Has anyone else already gotten their biometrics appointment?  We filed first week of June, credit card was charged the 7th, we got our receipt and 18 month extension the following week and he is going to Charleston on Tuesday, July 2 for his biometrics appointment.  I'm (happily) surprised how quickly this is all going.

April is correct......but the NOA date is 4/2/19..............I think their coding is very unclear....LOL.
