There are 2 different accounts on 2 different USCIS portals for me to track the petition.

1. https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do - which shows my status as "Case Was Received" on June 19, 2019

2. https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ - which shows the same USCIS tracking number with same status as "Case Was Received" on June 24, 2019

The only difference is I was unable to track my application on (2) before June 25, 2019. Is anyone else facing the same issue? This will be more clear after I receive my NOA, but just wanted to point out the discrepancy.

I'm not sure how you can view any sort of status before receiving an NOA. How do you know your case number?

I called USCIS after my card was charged (which was this Monday June, 24 2019) and also I received a text message same day later that afternoon. Did you file G-1145 (e-notification form)?

The old site (#1) doesn't work for some people until after biometrics.......not sure why.

In my wife's case, the old site shows "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview".......the new site (#2) says "We received your case"......

No, I didn't. My check still hasn't been cashed, so I'm assuming they just haven't opened their mail for a few days.

I may be wrong, but I believe cashing check takes longer than if you chose credit card to pay for the fees.

#1 doesn't work even if you create an account? I remember reading somewhere that site #1 works for tracking when you create an account. My memory may be a little fuzzy.

#1 doesn't need an account.  You need only a receipt number......whereas #2 requires an account creation, case association, and login.......I am puzzled as to why the old site gives me better information about my wife's case than does the new site...LOL.

#1 doesn't need an account. Sure, but if you create one, you won't need to enter your receipt number everytime and you can even set to receive Email and Text notification from that account. If you add your receipt number there, it will show all your receipt numbers in a list. Try it. It might just work.

Hi everyone, so my process was just delivered today and I got concerned when I read about having to fill "N/A" for the answers you don't have. I left it all blank and didn't even think of that. Is this really something to receive an RFE or returned??? 😦

ROC (I-751)

06/24/2019 - Shipped via FedEx

06/26/2019 - I-751 Received by USCIS

07/01/2019 - Money order cashed/paid.

07/02/2019 - Text received with MSC case number on my cellphone.

07/03/2019 - Extension letter (18 months) received in the mail dated 6/28/2019.

I tried to put N/A while i was filling the form, and it wouldn't allow me for most of the items and it was a pain doing it in Ink, so I also just left it blank.
