I doubt it, I don’t think they would charge rejected petitions.

What I have read on the forum from the people whose applications were rejected, they didn’t hear anything from USCIS and received their packet back after few weeks. There was no mention of payment being charged. So I also think they have accepted the application.

That's good to hear. I am still confused why there hasn't been any text/email notification yet. From what I have seen thus far, everyone received notification first before their payments were processed. I guess there nothing else to do but wait and see.

 

My GC expired 06/21/2019. Would I be counted as out of status until I receive the extension letter?

Thank you. I have a question. My USCIS-ELIS account (https://myaccount.uscis.gov/) still shows my old address that I used when I arrived in USA. I tried changing my address multiple time using AR-11 form, but it seems it was never processed. I completed the form again and it seems I need to send the signed form to DHS. While I am doing that, will USCIS send NOA to the address I provided in my I-751 petition or to the address on my USCIS account?  Fortunately, my In-laws' are still living at the initial address, so I would not loose any notifications.

 

I would appreciate any insight you may have.

I believe  they will send you all correspondence to your address which you have provided in your form I-751, and regarding your account address, you can try changing it by calling uscis call Centre

I called USCIS and they provided me the case number. I am able to check the status online at the link https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/logon.do, however when I try to "add a paper-filed case" on https://myaccount.uscis.gov/, it gives an error saying 'We cannot find your case'. Is there a delay before we can add the case to Uscis account?

 

My Case number starts with MSC.
