Seriously ? I never notice about this App in uscis website. Btw I created an online account and I can see the status, but on ‘check case status’ tab in the website doesn’t yet recognize my receipt number

Hi all! Getting ready to file my husband's i-751 and I have a bit of a silly question.. I've used the filing calculator on USCIS's website and it says earliest accepted filing date Sunday, June 30th 2019... since it's a Sunday when would I send the package? My plan was to USPS it overnight.

You can send it the following day. And you don't have to overnight it either. Priority Mail via USPS is totally fine. It'll get there in 2 days. I would suggest overnight it if the green card expires in 2 to 3 days but if you have ample time to mail it, there is no need to express mail it. Also, you don't have to send it exactly on the 90th day mark. As long as it is within 90 days before the green card expires you are good to go in submitting the packet. I will give you an example. With my greencard expiring on August 28, 2019, my 90 days actually begins on May 28, 2019. I have from that date til before my green card expires to send my application. I could have submitted that early but I didn't because I waited til I have all bank statements and bills from May to include in the packet. I sent mine on June 11 and they received it last June 13. Just don't submit it earlier than the 90 day mark because your packet will be sent back to you. All the best!

Yes, on myuscis.gov, for some reason in their old website i can’t see it.

02/01/2022 -- Interview Scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Complete. No new Green Card will be produced as my Naturalization was also approved.
