as i read now the USCIS Fee Schedule which will be Effective: July 30, 2007 i found that who is palning to file for k3 visa (i-130 and i-129f ) can save the cost of the i-129f by filing the i-130 before july 30 and the 129f after july 30 (after reciving the NOA ) coz the i-129f for k3 visa(spouse) after july 30 will be NO FEE:

People ready to file I-130's now, who are in enough hurry to go the K3 route will want to file everything as soon as possible to avoid delays. Now if you're not in a hurry or won't be ready to file until July anyway you MAY have a point. It is unclear at this time whether the I-129F if free if you filed your I-130 before July 30 and paid the lower fee for it.

If you look a little more closely at the new fees, the I-130 fee is $355 after July 30th. To me this indicates that the I-129F fee is paid when filing the I-130.

If you try to get the I-129F for free, please let us know the results.
