Hi All.

My Questions:

1.  Do I, the petitioner, need to mention I have a co-sponsor anywhere on my I-134?

2.  Does the co-sponsor need to notarize it or just sign?

3.  Original or copy of signature from co-sponsor ok?

Thanks

2.  Does the co-sponsor need to notarize it or just sign? NO, see below

3.  Original or copy of signature from co-sponsor ok? Read the VJ K1 Visa step-by-step Guide: https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide/

Thanks

NOTE: Signing Form I-134 is under penalty of perjury under U.S. law. For this reason, it is not necessary to sign Form I-134 before a notary, or to have your signature notarized after you sign it.

From Form I-134 instructions, page 1: https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134instr.pdf .

Good luck on your immigration journey.
