One of my colleagues was just showing me a machine he wants to buy that prints/creates 3D models made out of ASB (the plastic in your computer mouse).

Amazing stuff.

Is it this by chance?

Touch screens have been around for a long time now. Most of the new machines I repair have them. The interface is pretty cool looking. I wonder if it goes beyond eye candy and is really useful.

The machine he's looking at is made by another company - I'll have to ask him, but yes, it's basically just that. The model he's interested in runs about 18g's but he thinks if he got a loan, he could supplement the loan payment by creating and selling his toy designs.

And I don't mean to distract you boys with this, but - this is the girl who was demonstrating the 3D printer machine. She has a computer science degree from Stanford to boot.
