Does Ds-3025 form(vaccination record) can take place of I-693A???

I sent a copy of my Ds-3025(vaccination record) obtained from overseas before entered the U.S

Now my case was transfered to CSC, does this means my case will be approved without interview.

do I need obtain a I-693A form(vaccination record) from a civil surgeon?

Is the Ds-3025 useful?

June 17, 2004 applied for 129F

Nov 17, 2004 approved 129F

Jan 12, 2005 received P3

May 15, 2005 received p4

June 29, 2005 interview @ GZ(China)

July 1, 2005 got K1 visa

July 22, 2005 Arrived in California

July 26, 2005 Got married

Aug 10, 2005 Got SSN

Aug 19, 2005 Mailed EAD and AOS

Aug 25, 2005 AOS received

Aug 29, 2005 EAD received

Sep 13, 2005 got Driver's License(only valid for 1 month)

Sep 24, 2005 EAD Biometrics

Oct 26, 2005 EAD approved

Nov 1, 2005 got EAD card

I only sent the DS3025 and had no problems, so it all depends on the office yours goes to and maybe the person who reviews the file. Good Luck

I didn't got to the civil surgeon either, just sent the vacc report from overseas and my AOS was approved. At the interview I gave the officer the same report and it was fine.

Mar 20, 2006 - interview

Mar 29, 2006 - Permanent Resident Card arrived in the mail

total time: 197 days

joint I-751:

Feb 11, 2008 - I-751 sent to NSC

Mar 12, 2008 - biometrics done

Jul 28, 2008 - I-751 approved

Aug 04, 2008 - 10-year GC arrived in the mail
