When to change name on SSN? Any advice

Hi, just need some advice if I should use my married name now that I am in the US (South Carolina). I have changed my surname already before I left Philippines except my passport because it's not yet expiring in 2 years. So my CR1 visa is also in my maiden name. I have received my SSN last week (in my maiden name). If I apply for a license at DMV and if I apply for work, should I apply for a change in name for my SSN or use my maiden name first and just change it when I apply for the I-751?
If ever, can I change my name in SSN into married name even if my passport is still in maiden name? I wont be renewing my passport until 2 years. Which option will be hassle-free in processing papers to avoid conflicts in the future.

Thanks in advance

Your Green Card is not in your married name?  In my opinion, EVERYTHING should be consistent in the name by which you want to be known.....otherwise, there will probably be issues somewhere....like DMV.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
