Social Media Information Requirement?

I just read an article stating the US now requires social media information for visa applications, yet looking at the current I-751, there is no such field or requirement listed. Is it not required for the I-751 because it's technically not an application? Just curious.

I-751 is not a visa application form. DS-160 and DS-260 are.

 

As you was already admitted to US as a conditional green card holder, you no longer need a visa. So the new social media thing is not applicable to your ROC case.
