I kind of have very good news for you guys. I almost forgot to tell you

At our interview we asked the guy why we had such a late interview. Other people who filed after us already went through this.

Then he said that we should be happy for this.

Because most of the times where the interview is fast they havent cleared the namecheck and the sealed envelope you delivered at the POE didn't reach them in time with all the original papers.

So isn't this good news? :thumbs:

Another thing also is

It's actually bad to go through CSC without interview.

Because if they are satiesfied with your papers at the interview they won't call you in when you need to lift condition. Then you only have to submit the form and the add papers they ask for.

I feel this is a big relief. He told us that's the way it will go in our case :dance:

Now I all of a sudden believe that you Maria and Latos can feel more relaxed that your Interview will be decided the same day.

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On October 24, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I don't know what ADIT is but it seems like he's been approved, no?

Thanks for the info Anette although my namecheck cleared ages ago, i got a letter from my congressman stating my case is "interview ready" and that i'm in a waiting line for an interview date!

So I guess you are all ready to be approved that day when it eventually will come.

I can assure you that I wont leave the june filer forum before everybody is approved their case :thumbs:
