06/27/07: NOA1 recieved for I-130 and EAD and I-485 (Day 6)

07/12/07: RFE for proof of joint sponsor's citizenship (Day 21)

07/21/07: Biometrics Appointment in Atlanta (Day 31)

07/23/07: Returned RFE with wanted documents arrives in Missouri (Day 33)

09/06/07: EAD Card Production Ordered (Day 77)

nice to see you received your NOA. :thumbs: I checked online and our checks still haven't cashed. :( nothing can do but wait. the waiting I don't mind. I used to that with the time it took for the I-129f to be approved and the wait for the visa interview in Manila. what's frustrating about this wait is I'm feeling something is wrong and no way to check what it could be. can only just wait...

Hey everyone! I received my biometric appointment letter for both the AOS and EAD for next friday June 29th at 9:00 am. 1 step closer to my GC!!!! yay! :dance:

Yes both appointments are scheduled together. The NOA said I-485 and I-765 on it.

We got our NOA in the mail today lang. But the funny thing is, the checks haven't been cashed yet. That's the weirdest part. Did you move recently ba? And do you have your name on your mail box? Good luck sa inyo, and I'll say a prayer for your speedy process. OK lang ba to call for the NOA?

I'm coming in to join the June crew. :) My Dad has been dying from cancer and just passed away Sunday. It's been so hectic these last few weeks... yesterday was my husband's "3-months in the country" mark, we mailed out the packet Wednesday night by Fedex and it was recieved in Chicago yesterday morning. I'm not normally a last minute kinda person on things like this but my family took most of our time. We filed for AOS, EAD, and AP all together.

It is a fingerprinting and they'll take a photo for the GC of the applicant... hope it helps.

I mailed off my husband's AOS packet on the 8th, it was recieved in Chicago on the 11th, and we got out NOA's on the 18th. It looks like there's not that big of a wait for biometrics appointments, so hopefully, we will get the letter for that soon. :)

June 8th 2007 - AOS packet sent

June 18th 2007 - NOA's recieved

July 18th 2007 - Biometrics Appointment 9am Memphis

September 18th 2007 - 1 year EAD card arrived
