I was reading yesterday that if your last touch is more than 60 days old you are allow to contact USCIS

deedot has her Timeline filled out: date filed June 6, NOA date June 16, RFE July 5, Biometrics June 29, Transfer and approval Aug 25, Greencard received Sept 7

Lady N, no Timeline filled out. July 28 RFE, Aug 6 post mentions making infopass appointment to ask what info is needed for the RFE, and post on Sept 7 mentions that the RFE had been send in.

neya was last post was June 12th about sending in an overpayment for AOS and EAD fees. Timeline hasnt been updated since June 11th.

COOL at 7:30 PM we got 2 emails from CRIS saying AOS card production ordered! I wasn't expecting an email but it sure is fun getting one!

Oh no... well, looks like Washington, DC's local field office is really backed up. Since June 2007, the processing dates for I-485's haven't changed one iota. They're still processing applications from October 29, 2006.

Wow... so I can anticipate 8+ months for an interview. I hope still, that when you all have your GCs, that you still visit in here and see how I am doing!

EDIT: I finally got my driver's permit. I got 15/15 correct on the knowledge test, which for DC, doesn't say much. It's pretty stupid questions.

I don't think the online processing times means much. For my local office it says 6 months but I got an interview within three months. I think they have to schedule interviews within 3 months or you can make a formal inquiry.
